Korky and Tammie Sipes, along with their pup Kali Jo, are the proud owners of gillbilly's stompin ground rv park in Marshall, Texas. Married since November 2012, they opened their park in November 2022 with the goal of creating a clean, quiet, and welcoming place for travelers and long-term guests.

As a retired rig welder, Korky understands the challenges of work travel and RV living firsthand. Their experience in the industry gives them a unique perspective on what traveling workers and families need more - comfort, convenience, and a safe place to call home.

Korky and Tammie are known for being friendly, down-to-earth, and always willing to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Whether you're passing through East Texas or staying for work in the area, they look forward to welcoming you to their community.
